Performance Principles

  • Movement.

You can’t build a strong house on a weak foundation—and the same goes for your health and performance. Whether you’re brand new to training or coming back from an injury, we focus on how you move, making sure you’re prepared, supported, and set up to progress.

  • Inputs.

What gets measured gets managed—it’s that simple. We track the key indicators of progress and adjust your program as you improve.

  • Outputs.

What are you actually looking to accomplish by starting a fitness program? Let’s make sure we train specifically for that, so you get the results you truly want.

How The Program Works

  • Move right

You’ll make measurable improvements in how you move, reduce discomfort, and prepare your body for the next phase of health and performance—whether you're training at home or in the gym.

  • Simply Squat

Don’t overcomplicate it. If you squat consistently and track your numbers, you’ll get results. Our drop-in-and-train model brings back that team camaraderie and rare kind of male energy a lot of us have been missing.

  • Perform

Once you’re moving well and have a solid strength base, that’s when sports performance training makes sense. It’s the flashy, Instagram stuff—but only if the fundamentals are in place.

Let’s Get Started

  • Single

  • Partner

Accountability becomes easier if you have someone committed to doing it with you. Don’t have a partner? I can help match you.

  • Committed

Health and fitness are skills that take practice. Don’t expect results if you are not willing to commit to change.
