Performance Principles

  • Movement.

You can’t build a strong bike on a weak frame—and the same goes for your health and performance. Whether you’re brand new to training or returning from an injury, I focus on how you move, ensuring you’re prepared, supported, and set up for progress.

  • Inputs.

What gets measured gets managed—it’s that simple. I track the key indicators of progress and adjust your program as you improve.

  • Outputs.

What are you actually looking to accomplish by starting a fitness program? Let’s make sure we train specifically for that, so you get the results you truly want.

How The Program Works

  • Move right

You’ll make measurable improvements in how you move, reduce discomfort, and prepare your body for the next phase of health and performance—whether you're training at home or in the gym.

  • Simply Squat

Don’t overcomplicate it. If you squat consistently and track your numbers, you’ll get results. Our drop-in-and-train model brings back that team camaraderie and rare kind of male energy a lot of us have been missing.

  • Perform

Once you’re moving well and have a solid strength base, that’s when sports performance training makes sense. It’s the flashy, Instagram stuff—but only if the fundamentals are in place.

Let’s get into the ritual

  • Foundation

1X Week. The essential process to lay the groundwork for your goals.

  • Improvement

2X Week. Your foundation work, plus a proven routine to help you move better and see results.

  • Performance

3X Week. Health and fitness are skills that take practice. Don’t expect results if you are not willing to commit to change.

Meet Jason

Born and raised on Nantucket, MA, I grew up with an active lifestyle shaped by the ocean and adventure sports. From an early age, I was drawn to mountain biking, running, climbing—anything that kept me moving and outside.

I started my training career at 19 and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a business focus from Ithaca College.

After graduating, I moved to Boston, where I trained at Equinox and HealthWorks Fitness Center for Women. While there, I served as the official Boston Marathon coach for HealthWorks and led strength and conditioning for Wentworth’s Division III lacrosse team.

When I moved to California, I continued working in training while also managing member-based businesses. Over time, I began to lean more into sports that aligned with my personal passions—especially motorsports. I managed the Myster Moto Baja 1000 team in 2019, opened Route Motoring Club in 2021, and now focus my physical performance work on the athletes I connect with most: riders.
